However, ensure that you still screen the students to ensure that the tenants who move in are likely to pay the rent on time and will not be a bother to their neighbors.

Most students will not be looking for apartments with high-end finishes. Instead, they merely want an affordable place that they can live comfortably. In fact, students don’t complain as much as other tenants because their focus is on schoolwork and socializing.
