The owner of a duplex in Eagle Rock had been through a nasty eviction, fired their manager, and was gun-shy to even rent the unit at all after having to remodel it entirely. We presented them with an extremely well-qualified candidate, and a payment of 12 months rent all at the onset of the lease. The owner of the duplex could not have been happier.

We also had a U.S. Congressman hand us his former residence, and say “See if you can get me $3,400 in rent each month.” We were happy to hand him a check for 6 months of rent paid up front by an eager tenant, at a rate of $4,000 per month – $600 more rent each month than the Congressman expected.
